Local Repositories Bookmark Bar does not refresh

Local Repositories  Bookmark Bar does not refresh. It shows Modifications, but once the repository in question is commited / pushed, the Sidebar is not updated. It keeps showing the repositories as modified until the application is restarted. 

Also, if the sidebar was opened with "no changes" and changes performed while the application is running are not reflected properly.
