Add ability to copy list of file from commit and url for commit

In our company part of our dev process is to document our commits in the Jira story we are working on.  That means listing the commit and list of files.  It would be very helpful if SourceTree would let you copy the list of files committed and provide the URL to the the commit in the repository.
