Application Crash when Collapse Some Tree Items

      Clone issue of: SRCTREEWIN-1196
      I had this issue before, but then it stopped for the most part after 1.3.2. However I have just experienced the issue again when collapsing the Tags section of the tree.

      See attachment for log, although it looks like the issue is in some .NET code so good luck
