Registration form: unclear error message when registrted new user

Issue Summary:

When created a new user we see error massage in "Contact Offer" point.

Steps to Reproduse:

1. Open "Railway tickets" for a android app.
2. Press "My account" button.
3. Click to the create account.
4. Go through the registration form and click "Contact offer" point.
5. Click register.

Expected Results:

**The registration form was successful and goes to my account.

Actual results:

**Registration of a new user does not take place, you see red exclamation mark in "Contact Offer" point
