Sourcetree on exit terminates pageant process while it should not

I have setup Sourcetree so that it does not start pageant.

I use many git tools on my machine and pageant is loaded at startup with specific scripts & keys.

But when I close Sourcetree app, it stops my pageant process and thus I have to always restart it.

I just re-installed Sourcetree on my new computer this week and used latest version 3.4.3. 
I was not facing the same behavior on my previous computer. Unfortunatelly I cannot say which version it was, but it was a 'quite' recent one (probably less than 6 months).

PS: 3.4.3 version is not available in the version list, so I put 3.4.3-beta
