Subwindow drap and drop can not be dropped at any position in File Status and History tabs for notebook screen proportion.
1. Open a project with many commits and a scroll on upper subwindows (commit tree subwindow);
2. Drag horizontal line on a display (it saves any location, very responsive), and then
repaet same drag and drop on notebook window (issue: the line will not be as responsive or stops moving).

Expected: hrozintal line can be moved and dropeed at any position for any screen size and proportion (both display and notebook).
