SourceTree Crashes if launched by a non-admin while another user is running PAgent

    Description

      It looks like SourceTree is trying to kill PAgent, but crashes because it doesn't have permissions to kill a PAgent process owned by another user.

       

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Windows Login to User A, and launch pagent

      2) Fast user switch to User B, who's not an admin

      3) Launch SourceTree

      4) SourceTree crashes
