Optional extended integration settings of remote are not saved across SourceTree restarts

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open repository settings
      2. Go to edit remote dialog
      3. Fill in Legacy account settings i.e. for Bitbucket Server
      4. Click Ok in Remote details dialog
      5. Click Ok Repository settings dialog
      6. Restart SourceTree
      7. Open Remote details again

      Expected integration settings to be saved

      Actually, integration settings are empty
