Unable to create pull request

    Description

      Since installing version 3.4.2 of Sourcetree for Windows, I am not able to create pull requests.

      My previous version of Sourcetree was 3.3.9, so I don't know where the problem started.

      I have tried uninstalling Sourcetree completely and reinstalling it, but the problem still persist.

      This is a problem similar to the one reported here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREEWIN-12482 but this time the workaround doesn't work any more.
