A lot of git commands, for example creating a new feature with git flow, give me the error that index.lock already exists. When I check with windows explorer and/or commandline, I don't see the file present in my .git folder though.
I found that when I close al my Visual Studio's, the problem is gone.
I believe the Visual Studio teams tab which has some sort of git integration conflicts with Sourcetree.
My Sourcetree is at version 3.3.9 and Visual Studio 2019 professional at 16.7.5.
