    Description

      Currently the Refresh OAuth Token button in the Edit Hosting Account dialog automatically opens the browser.

      This is a neat feature which is smooth in most cases, but there are times where the default browser is logged into a provider with a different account.
      i.e.  User is authenticated in Edge for one contract and Chrome for another contract account.

      It would be great to allow that user to copy and paste the generated URL to the browser of their choice to complete the OAuth transaction.

      Obviously, please keep the button for the 90% use case of a single login with the default browser.
