SourceTree does not appear in Win10 Start Menu

    Description

      Installed SourceTree 3.3.8 on a fresh Win10 1909 OS.

      SourceTree does not appear on Start Menu.

      SourceTree does not appear in "Recently Added" list in Start Menu.

       

      N. B.: This refers to version 3.3.8. On "Create Issue" form, the most recent version listed is 3.2.2.
