Sourcetree 3.3.8 doesn't install

      I recently built a new PC, downloaded all my favourite apps for productivity including Sourcetree... 

      Downloaded 3.3.8 from the sourcetreeapp.com website as usual, When running I see the blue splash screen followed by a few seconds delay and then sourcetree loads. I've never seen the actual installation menu

      I cannot find the application when searching in Windows Search, Does not show up in Control Panel etc

      %AppData% shows various folders with JSON and XML configs in them.

       

      Version 3.3.8 Does not exist in the lower "Affected version" box.
