Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting

      When I try to install SourceTree (using SourceTreeSetup-3.3.8.exe), Windows Defender claims it is an unrecognized app (although it recognizes the Publisher, 'Atlassian Pty Ltd).

       

      I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 10.0.17763 Build 17763. I selected 3.2.2 as the affected version, however the installer exe suggests the latest release version (the one I'm trying to install) is 3.3.8.
