      Comments from David:

On progress Dialogs I clicked "Show Full Output". When it's disabled the progress dialog disappears after completion. With the option on it does not. This is fine, the problem is that if after enabling the option I can't seem to disable it. Because un-checking hides the "Close" button on the bottom. I have no option besides activating it again and clicking the close button. This works fine if I quickly un-check the option before the operation completing because the dialog closes automatically.

It's intentional that the dialog doesn't close itself when you choose to 'Show Full Output', because I interpret that as you want to see all the output regardless (you'd see it all on failure anyway). The comment 'I have no option besides activating it again and clicking the close button' comes from allowing all the processes to complete, then unchecking the 'Show Full Output' box, at which point you can't exit the dialog without re-checking it.

So the refinement here is that if all tasks have completed (successful or not) and the user unchecks the box, close the dialog.
