It would be really nice to hook the github-windows://... protocol with SourceTree to allow easy cloning from GitHub repositories directly from the browser instead of copying the clone- (or project-) URL into the actual window or even manually starting up the application.

A registration could also work along with GitHub for Windows due to Windows' dynamic association of protocol handlers in the system control panel.
