"Refresh automatically when file changes" and "Refresh when application is not in focus" doesn't work

    Description

      "Refresh automatically when file changes" and "Refresh when application is not in focus" doesn't work!

       

      There's no way to get the file changes displayed exept hitting the F5 key!

       

      It's 3.2.6! You're Affects Version/s is outdated and I cannot leave it blank!

      I don't know what Component/s is/are?
