Can't use both $ SHA and $ FILE in custom actions.

      I can't use both $ SHA and $ FILE in custom actions.
      When both $ SHA and $ FILE are specified like the attached image, nothing is displayed in the custom action of the context menu on the main screen of Source Tree. (If one is specified, it will operate normally.)
