SourceTree crashes when reversing file

      Windows 7

      When I try to reverse a file, that is currently open in another program, SourceTree crashes.

      I'd expect some nice error message.

      Reproduction:

      • Add a Word file to the repo.
      • Commit it
      • Open the file outside of sourceTree (i.e. not via the "open after" button)
      • Click "Reverse"
