SourceTree Does Not Use init.templatedir Variable When Creating New Project or Cloning

      When creating a new project or cloning in SourceTree hooks are not copied down to the project from the init.templatedir variable. It always copies the hooks from the default git directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\share\git-core\templates\hooks).
