Account "Github - Https Saved Passwords" has an account https://api.github.com/ChristopherBass, which cannot be deleted, and when I set it as 'default', a duplicate entry is created instead (this process is repeatable to create extra duplicates)
These duplicates are deletable but the original remains stuck.

App_Data passwords file and userhosts file, neither contains this broken account.
