Hi steverolland  

We have provided option in Git settings to enable/disable pruning remote branches which are no longer present on the server.

Please ensure Prune tracking branches no longer present on remote(s) is checked.

This is used in the Repository Settings → Refresh Remote Status command.

 

Earlier prune setting option was only accessible through fetch dialog:
