  Perform a merge with conflicted files.

  Open the external merge tool.

  This created some extra files in directory.

  Close merge tool (if it opens at all)

  Select extra files

  Right Click, select 'Remove'

  Wonder why unselected files are included in the 'Confirm' dialogue box.

Closing the ticket as users are no longer responding and issue is not reproducing on latest builds of Sourcetree.

We can not reproduce it in 3.4.9. Please let us know how to reproduce it on latest version of Sourcetree.
