Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://dogovor-urist.ru/calculator/
2. Click on "Калькулятор расчёта пени по оплате коммунальных услуг"
3. Enter any amount in the field "Сумма долга".
4. Select any date in the "дд.мм.гггг" field and manually change it to a nonexistent date
5. Press "Рассчитать" button.

Expected result: error massage is displayed "Enter the correct date".
*Actual result : * Calculates the amount of debt on the date of the next month after the non-existent date.
