SourceTree hangs when attempting to diff files across two or more commits.  Every time I have upgraded via the self-update feature, it breaks this feature. I always have to go back to trusty old 2.6.10.  It was first noticed on the 3.0+ releases.

Reproduce issue:
1) select two commits on the repo within the history
2) select a file in the modified files window
3) observe only a spinning blue circle in the diff window

I use this internal diff feature often to quickly track down changes which introduce bugs in a code base. It is a great feature which works flawlessly in 2.6.10.
