Previous to Version 3.1.3, when multiple repos were open in different tabs, the tabs would show the name provided for the repo. (These names also appear in the default "New tab" page.) However, with Version 3.1.3, the tabs now show the name of the immediate folder in which the repo resides. This makes it difficult to know which repo the tab represents if multiple repos are in different folders with the same name.
Additionally, in the case that multiple repos are in different folders with the same name, it becomes impossible to open these different repos in separate tabs, presumably because they are being mistaken to be the same repo.
