Modify git-flow to respect --no-ff option

      When finishing a feature branch with git flow (button in toolbar), it commits "fast forward", even when i disable this in the options and when i NOT check this on (rebase in development is unchecked). I have to manually merge the brnaches and manually delete the branch (this is what sourcetree should make itself).
      Please fix!
