I often encounter this issue:
Background:
Sometimes I want to see what changes were in my last commit. To do this I select the currently-checked-out branch in the left side-bar so that the main view will show the list of commits across all the different branches.
Problem:
When I click a branch in the left side-bar and the main view switches to show all the different commits, it often has an old commit (from several months ago) selected, so that if I click on the most-recent commit, it shows a diff between the two commits rather than just showing the changes in the most recent commit.
To fix this I need to scroll down to the old commit, click on it to deselect it, and then scroll back up to select the most recent commit.
It isn't a major issue, but it has been happening for a long time (many months, if not more than a year), and has gotten annoying enough to be worth filing a bug about.
