It would be useful to be able to have a force push option, mainly for tags as well which would work in conjunction with the currently not very useful setup whereby the UI allows you to move a tag, but when pushing this will no longer allow you to push because the tag is in a different location on the remote compared to the local.

This also ties in well with the git fetch --tags request which is open.
