Impossible to disallow modification of global Git config file

      1. Tools > Options
      2. Uncheck "Allow Sourcetree to modify your global Git and Mercurial config files"
      3. Close SourceTree
      4. Revert any modifications applied by SourceTree
      5. Re-launch SourceTree
      6. Observe the option is checeked again, and the `~/.gitconfig` gets modified regardless previous unchecking.
