When SourceTree window gets into background (when another program is started and comes on top of it or when SourceTree is minimized) and I click it on my task bar I just hear a blocking sound and SourceTree does not come up.

A workaround is either to close + re-open SourceTree or to click very often on it in the task bar, after a time it comes up again.
