Window refuses to return to max/normal state when it's minimized.

Window refuses to return to max/normal state when it's minimized. The only way to restore it is through Task Manager -> Processes -> Switch to

This should get some priority since every time i minimize the window i need to use the task manager to re-open it. Or the most of the times i'm lazy to do so, so I killing it and re-open it.
