I once had a repository on Github.

Currently I only use repositories on a Gitlab Server. I removed all saved password entries related to Github and all bookmarks I currently have are on Gitlab.

Nevertheless SourceTree from time to time opens a Login request for Github. When I'm at my PC that's fine I can close it. But sometimes I let my PC running and do other stuff.

I now came back and found my PC at 100% CPU with thousends of Github Login windows flooding my Desktop, CPU and GPU. Even after closing them all one by one SourceTree after a couple of minutes immedtiately fired 25 new Login consoles.

The only way out was a reboot of the PC. However after rebooting and starting SourceTree again it opens 2 Github Logins like every 5-10 Minutes no matter if I provide my correct credentials or not.
