Bitbucket login popup every 5 minutes

This Bitbucket login page keeps popping up. Around every 5 minutes. Starting from 3.0.8, two pop up at a time. In previous versions, only one could be open at a time, now I get 20 if I walk away for a while. It gets annoying quickly.

I have removed this account months ago from Sourcetree, but it just keeps on coming. Some forums suggested switching to switch to system Git and back, but that did not work.
