Ever since (at least 1.0.6) the SourceTree update process fails every single time there is an update, unless I manually intervene.

When running the update (initiated from within SourceTree), this will be my process layout:

Update will then complain that SourceTree is still running and that it should be closed, fine.

And here is the major issue with it, it doesn't close the pageant child process:

Which then later leads to the inability to replace the pageant file:

When I ignore this issue, I'll end up with the very misleading error message:
