I use Vb like programming language, this IDE changes my code files automaticaly, but It isn't important, SourceTree must have a option to configure this to ignore the uppercase or lowercase changes, like another diff viewers like Winmerge

This is a really critical problem because Sorcetree shows files with changes that I don't touch
