SourceTree 4.2.9 seems to have totally broken the way staged files work.   Files that are unchecked are committed with the checked files.   When I have 10 files checked out, and only planned to land 1 checked file, I really don't expect the other 9 files to get checked in as well.  Not sure how this one made it through QA.  I'm not going to be able to use this app with this bug.

      Repro

      1. Modify 2 files
      2. Check 1 file to move it to "Staged Files" in the "File Status" view
      3. Enter a commit message, and press "Commit"
      4. Watch as the unchecked file is also committed to Git
