I don't know by what accident I ended up removing the staging view while in the Commit form, and now I have no way of restoring it.

This is annoying as the staging view is very useful while committing.

I see two issues here - the first is that there is a way to hide the staging view that doesn't seem documented (I think I dragged it all to way to the left in an attempt to reduce its width, and it just disappeared)

The second is that there is no clear way of restoring the staging view.

Am I missing something?
