2566180e0bc8 it seems to be just an UI update/layout issue, git operations work as expected, unfortunately I cannot reproduce it, because it seems to be random issue, but today I got the folowing again after successful commit https://ibb.co/QFvW8tK

Refresh does not help, but restarting Sourcetree does
