Every time when opening a repository from the bookmarks list, if the repository has a .gitattributes file and a pre-push hook, sourcetree will display an error "Error encountered: 'git lfs install' failed with code 2: Hook already exists: pre-push"

I'm not sure why `git lfs install` is being run each time the repository is opened in sourcetree?
