Workspace tabs (i.e. File Status, History) don't always refresh.

One can manually refresh by hitting Command+R but it's still a time-waster.

Note in the attached image that the File status tab is showing the history. This happens randomly sometimes when switching tabs. It happens to both tabs. It feels like a race condition.
