When doing a push to GitHub, the remote will respond with "Create a pull request for <branch> on GitHub by visiting:" and then a URL. Would be great if this could be clickable, but right now it needs to be manually copy/pasted.

Although this is a single use-case, seems like Command History should just be parsed for all URLs.
