Support disabling git-lfs integration (conflicts with husky)

      In projects that use husky, it clobbers the git hooks directory which is used by git-lfs. This causes git-lfs to be constantly installed into projects using husky.

      This means adding files to staged from the Sourcetree UI results in a dirty git directory.
