Invalid branch name validation in OS X

      Attempt to create a branch in the OS X Sourcetree client (4.2.0 426) with the ampersand symbol (&).  This is allowed in regular GIT, SourceTree for Windows and is also permitted under the git-check-ref-format guidelines.
