Refspec for push is not respected

    Description

      I have configured the push refspec:

      push = refs/heads*:refs/for/*

      Expected push cmd: ....:refs/for/branch_name

      Actual push cmd: ....:refs/heads/refs/for/branch_name

      This issue is 4 years old...
