Recently I suffered that when I have a release tag like 'release/6.24.0', I can't finish the release.

When I try to finish the release, I can only choose the tag 'head/release/6.24.0' not '6.24.0'

and if I go ahead with 'head/release/6.24.0', I can see this error.

Fatal: Branch 'release/heads/release/6.23.0' does not exist and is required.

I can get a right flow after removing the release tag.{}

I found that finishing a hotfix also have same problem, when 'hotfix/x.x.x' tag exists.

Could you look around this issue?
