Some of the checkboxes do not update the push dialog. I attached a screen recording to clarify the problem. The checkboxes do appear to work, but they do not consistently update visually, thus it is not possible to tell whether they are checked or not. This bug has been present for several years now, possibly all the way back to SourceTree 4.0.
