SourceTree 4.1.6 does NOT work on MacOS 12.3!!

      There are reports that this is due to removed python2 on MacOS 12.3.
      Please, please fix this ASAP.

      Make SourceTree work with python3

      Step to reproduce:

      • Use MacOS prior to 12.3
      • Install SourceTree 4.1.6
      • Open project and see all works fine
      • upgrade to MacOS 12.3
      • Open SourceTree and open project. App crashes.

      /usr/bin/python is removed and is mentioned in several files.

      This also can be considered a significant security bug for ALL versions:
      As of January 1st, 2020 no new bug reports, fixes, or changes will be made to Python 2, and Python 2 is no longer supported. A few changes were made between when we released Python 2.7. 17 (on October 19th, 2019) and January 1st.
