Unable to access Advanced preferences tab in Japanese.

      With Japanese setting, the width of the preferences window is narrow, and "Custom Actions", "Update" and "Advanced" are pushed out to popup menus.
      These grayed out menus cannot be selected.

      Workaround:
      Change the language setting to English.

      This seems to be happening since 4.1.0 and is reproduced in 4.1.5.
