Commit badge counter doesn't reset

      My specs: MacMini M1
      SourceTree version: 4.1.4 (240)

      I've just updated to the last version of SourceTree and now after I commit just one file and push it, the badge of Commit button still shows the counter, but on the Commit page there are no files modified to be commited.

            Hi  All, We have released a new patch version of Sourcetree 4.1.5 with this issue fixes. Please use this link https://product-downloads.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/ga/Sourcetree_4.1.5_241.zip in case you're unable to update the Sourcetree to 4.1.5
